Gallatin AI, a Washington, DC-based defense technology company, has emerged from stealth with $15 million in seed funding. The round was led by 8VC.

Octane, a Chicago, IL-based AI cybersecurity startup using machine learning to identify and fix vulnerabilities in blockchain codebases, has raised $6.75 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by Archetype and Winklevoss Capital.

Dealstack, a London, UK-based SaaS platform tailored for private equity professionals, has raised $5.5 million in seed funding.
