SmartHR, a Japan-based cloud-native human resources and labor management software startup, has raised $140 million in a Series E funding round. The round was led by KKR and Teachers’ Venture Growth.

Clearstory, a Walnut Creek, CA-based change order communication platform for the construction sector, secured a $16 million Series B financing round. The round was led by Prudence, with participation from Industry ventures

Vida, $3 Million, Seed

Vida, an Austin, TX-based provider of carrier-grade AI voice agents for SMBs, has raised $3 million in seed funding. The round was led by Stillmark, a Bitcoin-focused venture capital firm founded in 2019.

Tembo, $14 Million, Series A

Tembo, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based managed service for Postgres, has secured $14 million in Series A funding. The round was led by GreatPoint Ventures, with participation from Venrock, Grand Ventures, Wireframe Ventures, Defined Capital, and Cintrifuse Capital.

Sift, $17.5 Million, Series A

Sift, an El Segundo, CA-based unified observability platform specializing in hardware sensor data, raised $17.5 million in Series A funding. The round was led by GV (Google Ventures), bringing Sift's total funding to $25 million.

CData, $350 Million

CData Software, a Chapel Hill, NC-based provider of data access and connectivity solutions secured $350 million in growth capital.The round was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from Accel.

Dust, $16 Million

Dust, a Paris, France-based startup building custom AI assistants to speed up work, has secured $16 million in funding. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from investors like XYZ, GG1, Connect Ventures, Seedcamp, and Motier Ventures.

Redactive, $7.5 Million, Seed

Redactive AI, an Australia-based artificial intelligence engineering and security development startup, has raised $7.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by Felicis Ventures and Blackbird Ventures, with participation from Atlassian Ventures and Zapier.

HopSkip, $3 Million, Seed

HopSkip, a Philadelphia, PA-based hospitality tech company that helps event planners book hotel spaces, has raised $3 million in seed funding. The round was led by Conductive Ventures.

TestParty, $4 Million, Seed

TestParty, a New York-based AI-driven software compliance company, raised $4 million in a seed funding round. The round was co-led by Harlem Capital and the Urban Innovation Fund, with additional participation from K Ventures and Soma Capital
