Command Zero, an Austin, Texas-based cybersecurity company, has emerged from stealth mode and secured $21 million in seed funding. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with contributions from Insight Partners.

Regard, a Los Angeles, CA-based AI-powered clinical insights platform, has raised $61 million in Series B financing. The round was led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from Cedars-Sinai Health Ventures, TenOneTen Ventures, Calibrate Ventures, and Techstars.

Fireworks AI, $52 Million, Series B

Fireworks AI, a Redwood City, CA-based company that offers a generative AI platform as a service, raised $52 million in Series B funding, bringing its valuation to $552 million. The round was led by Sequoia Capital.

Clay, $46 Million, Series B

Clay, a New York, NY-based AI startup focused on sales and marketing for businesses, has secured $46 million in Series B financing, bringing its total funding to $62 million. The round was led by Meritech Capital, with support from existing backers including Sequoia Capital, First Round Capital, Box Group, and Boldstart Ventures

Hayden AI, $90 Million, Series C

Hayden AI, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of vision AI solutions for smart cities, has raised $90 million in Series C funding. The round was led by The Rise Fund and supported by existing investors such as the Drawdown Fund and Autotech Ventures

Cytactic, $16 Million, Seed

Cytactic, a New York and Tel Aviv-based cyber crisis readiness and management startup, has secured $16 million in seed funding. The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners

Kavaken, $1.1 Million, Seed

Kavaken, an England, UK-based provider of SaaS solutions for the renewable energy sector, has secured $1.1 million in seed funding. This round saw investments from Vestel Ventures, Rockstart, Norrsken Accelerator, Founderone, and 2040VC.

Synerise, $8.5 Million, Series B+

Synerise, a Krakow, Poland-based deep-tech company specializing in AI-driven behavioral modeling and big data solutions, has secured $8.5 million in Series B+ funding. The investment was from VTEX.

Helsing, €450 Million, Series C

Helsing, a Berlin, Germany-based defense AI startup, has raised €450 million in Series C, bringing its total funding to over €769 million. The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Accel, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Plural, Greenoaks Capital Management, and Elad Gil.
