Agree, a San Francisco, CA-based all-in-one agreements platform integrating seamless money movement, has secured $3 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Better Tomorrow Ventures, with participation from 8-Bit Capital, Everywhere Ventures, Hustle Fund, and others.

Anytime AI, $4 Million, Seed

Anytime AI, a New York-based company focused on developing AI legal assistants for plaintiff lawyers, has raised $4 million in a seed funding. The round was led by Gopher Asset Management U.S. and Kao Family Office, with additional support from various law firms and angel investors.

Fastn, $2.6 Million, Seed

Fastn, an Austin, Texas-based startup, aims to simplify software development, applications, and websites through its composable architecture platform and has raised $2.6 million in seed funding. The round was led by LiveOak Ventures and Antler.

Acuvity, $9 Million, Seed

Acuvity, a Sunnyvale, CA-based startup providing an AI security and governance platform, has emerged from stealth mode with $9 million in seed funding. The round was led by Foundation Capital.

Monda, $5 Million, Seed

Monda, a Berlin and Boston-based company providing an all-in-one data monetization platform, has secured $5 million in seed funding. The round was led by Senovo and Acrobator Ventures, with participation from Techstars.

Reonic, €13 Million, Series A

Reonic, an Augsburg, Germany-based climate tech SaaS startup focused on enabling the deployment of sustainable energy solutions across Europe, has secured €13 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Northzone, with participation from Point Nine and Puzzle Ventures

Sedric AI, $18.5 Million, Series A

Sedric AI, a New York-based compliance-focused AI platform for financial institutions, has closed an $18.5 million Series A funding round. The round was led by Foundation Capital, with participation from Amex Ventures, bringing Sedric's total funding to $22 million.

Sakana AI, $100 Million, Series A

Sakana AI, a Tokyo, Japan-based AI research and development company, has raised over $100 million in Series A funding round. The round was led by New Enterprise Associates, Khosla Ventures, and Lux Capital

Mangomint, $35 Million, Series B

Mangomint, a Los Angeles, CA-based salon and spa software provider, has raised $35 million in a Series B funding round. The company also announced a new suite of marketing automation features specifically designed for beauty and wellness businesses. The round was led by Altos Ventures.

You.com, $50 Million, Series B

You.com, a Palo Alto, CA-based AI-powered search and productivity platform, has secured $50 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $99 million. The round was led by Georgian.
