LogicMonitor, $800 Million

LogicMonitor, a Santa Barbara, CA-based provider of a SaaS-based hybrid observability platform, has secured an $800 million strategic investment. The investment came from a consortium of investors, including PSG, Golub Capital, and others which values the company at approximately $2.4 billion, including debt.

Eon, $70 Million, Series C

Eon, a New York-based next-generation cloud backup platform, has raised $70 million in a Series C funding at a $1.4 billion valuation. The round was led by BOND.

OneRail, $42 Million, Series C

OneRail, an Orlando, Florida-based last-mile delivery solutions provider, has raised $42 million in a Series C funding round, bringing its total funding to $109 million. The round was led by Aliment Capital.

9fin, $50 Million, Series B

9fin, a London, UK-based AI-powered analytics platform for debt capital markets, has raised $50 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Highland Europe.

Constrafor, $264 Million, Series A

Constrafor, a New York-based software provider for the construction industry, has raised $264 million Series A funding round. The round includes $14 million in equity, led by NFX, and a $250 million credit facility from Wafra and Crestline Investors

Vooma, $13 Million, Series A

Vooma, a San Francisco, CA-based AI platform designed for freight brokers and carriers of all sizes, has raised $13 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Craft Ventures.

Teachy, $7 Million, Series A

Teachy, a Rio de Janeiro, Brazil-based AI-powered platform for educators, has raised US$7 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Goodwater Capital.

bananaz, $5 Million, Seed

bananaz, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based design change management platform for R&D and engineering teams, has emerged from stealth mode with $5.3 million in seed funding. The investment was made by 10D and Cardumen Capital

Osyte, a Seattle, Washington-based AI-powered multi-asset portfolio management technology, has raised $4 million in seed funding. The round was led by Moneta Ventures.

Stackfix, a London, UK-based AI-powered software comparison platform, has secured $3 million in seed funding. The round was led by Chalfen Ventures.
